- I collect travel dates, destinations, and preferences for itinerary creation, but you should avoid entering extremely sensitive travel details (like information related to diplomatic, high-security, or extremely private travel) that would create safety risks if exposed.
- The App is not designed for use in high-security travel situations or for individuals requiring exceptional privacy protections.
- I cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of your travel plans, and they should be considered potentially accessible to third parties in case of a security breach.
- All itineraries are shared with other users in anonymized form. While personal identifying information is removed, the destinations, activities, and general timing of your trips will be visible to others using the platform.
2.2 Information I Collect Automatically:
- Usage Information: Information about your interactions with the App, including the features you use, pages you visit, itineraries you create, and AI chat conversations.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, mobile network information, and system performance data.

These shared itineraries help improve the platform experience for all users.
5. Your Privacy Choices
5.1 Account Information: You can update your account information through your account settings.
5.2 Location Data: You can control access to your device's location in your device settings.
5.3 Marketing Communications: You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions or updating your communication preferences.
5.4 Account Deletion:
You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. To delete your account:
- Open the App and navigate to Settings
- Tap on "Account"
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account
When you delete your account:
- All your personal information will be permanently deleted from our active systems
- Your user-generated content (including itineraries, reviews, and comments) will be anonymized or deleted
- We will retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention
- Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully deleted from our systems
- Information shared with third parties prior to deletion may remain with those parties according to their privacy policies
If you're unable to delete your account through the App for any reason, you can also email friday.ai.travel.planner@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 14 days.
5.5 AI Chat Data: You can delete your chat history in the App settings, although this will not remove data already used for AI training.
5.6 GDPR and European Privacy Rights: Under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
- Right of Access – request copies of your personal data.
- Right to Rectification – request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

6. Data Retention

16.1 Subscription Terms:
- Monthly Subscription: $9.99 USD per month
- Annual Subscription: $99.99 USD per year (approximately $8.25 per month)
- Free Trial: 3-day free trial available for new subscribers
- The length of each subscription period is clearly displayed before purchase
- Prices may vary by location and are subject to change without notice
- All prices include applicable local sales taxes
16.2 Subscription Features:
- Maximum of 5 AI-generated travel itineraries per monthly billing cycle
- Advanced itinerary customization
- Priority customer support
- Ad-free experience
- Offline access to saved itineraries
- Additional premium features as they are released
16.3 Subscription Management and Cancellation:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top of the Settings
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find and tap "Friday AI Travel Planner"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" (or "Cancel Free Trial")
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- If you cancel during a free trial period, you may lose access immediately
16.4 Restoring Purchases:
If you've previously purchased a subscription and need to restore it (such as when reinstalling the app or using it on a new device):
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap on "Subscription"
- Tap the "Restore Purchases" button
- If you had an active subscription associated with your Apple ID, it will be restored
- You will not be charged again for restoring previously purchased subscriptions
The "Restore Purchases" button is always available in the app's subscription settings, even if you're currently signed in to your account and your subscription is active.

16.5 Subscription Limitations:
The Friday AI Travel Planner app is a paid subscription service with the following limitations:
- Itinerary Generation Limit: Each subscription is limited to a maximum of 5 AI-generated travel itineraries per monthly billing cycle
- Billing Cycle Reset: Your itinerary count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Unused Itineraries: Unused itinerary allocations do not roll over to the next billing cycle
- Access Without Subscription: The app does not offer any features without an active subscription
The app requires a subscription to access all features and functionality. There is no free tier or free trial period without providing payment information.
17. Severability and Assignment
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. I may transfer or assign this Privacy Policy without consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

By downloading, installing, or using the Friday AI Travel Planner app, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, which governs your use of the application and services.

- The End-User License Agreement (EULA) for this app is between you and Zakariya Mohummed, not Apple
- Zakariya Mohummed, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content
